This may be one of the rarest "Nightmare on Elm Street" collectors items ever. It is an original sweater from the first "Nightmare on Elm Street" film directed by Wes Craven. This sweater was worn in the film by actor Robert Englund. The budget was minimal on the original film therefore only a half dozen sweaters were made for the entire shoot. Out of those, only 3 were worn by Englund. The others were either cut up, burned, or damaged beyond repair. At the end of shooting, David Miller asked the wardrobe mistress if he could have one of the remaining sweaters that Englund had worn to use for a display bust of the Freddy Krueger character that he was making for his office. This sweater was displayed in Miller's office for a couple of years and then it was put into storage.
I purchased this sweater directly from David Miller (Freddy Krueger's original prosthetic creator) and he also included the reproduction torso of the makeup used in N7!
*Note* the sweater from the original film did not have stripes on the sleeves as you can see in the photos. That one distinction is what sets this beautiful piece of horror film history apart from the rest.

6/14/03 I went to the "Flashback Weekend Horror and Sci-Fi Convention" and I had Robert Englund autograph this sweater. (See Pictures Below)

On 2/25/04 I framed the sweater to protect it, and added a new image.

This sweater was used throughout the filming of the whole movie, but since movies are filmed out of sequence, identifying a specific scene can be difficult. However, with my DVD Player I managed to find a scene where a portion of the sweater on film clearly matches up to the exact same spot on the sweater I have now. In the scene where Freddy sneaks in Rod's jail cell about to strangle him, two holes near the collar can be seen. On the sweater now, those 2 holes can be matched up to that scene.
